Low Calorie Fruit Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup Crystal Lite beverage
    1/2 banana
    4 ice cubes
Preparation
    Add 1/2 - 3/4 cup of your favorite crystal light beverage (I like fruit punch), 1/2 bananna, 4-5 ice cubes in a blender. Blend on high until smooth. Pour in a glass and enjoy.
    Adjust ingredients to your preferred consistency. Try your favorite fruits.
