    1 cup diced bell pepper
    2 minced scallions
    2 tablespoons mayonnaise
    1 tablespoon nonfat plain yogurt
    2 large tomatoes
Preparation
    Hollow out tomotoes to make serving dishes.
    Mix other ingredients.
    Serve in tomatos.
