Sunken Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, filleted thin
    8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
    6 ounces Baby Spinach
    4 -6 slices prosciutto
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1/4 cup marinade, Lawry's Garlic and Herb with Lemon
    1/4 cup white wine
    2 -3 tablespoons olive oil
    4 -6 ounces goat cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven 375.
    Spay 9x13 casserole pan with non-stick spray.
    Later chicken on bottom, too with prosciutto.
    Layer spinach (I recommend you leave off at this time & serve chicken on a bed of it- cooking it makes it very wilted & dish is not \"pretty\").
    Layer mushrooms on top.
    In a bowl mix marinade, wine, garlic & olive oil.
    Pour over dish.
    Cover with foil. Bake 30 minutes.
    Remove foil & bake another 10 minutes.
    Too with goat cheese & bake 10 minutes.
    Serve.
