Mustard Roasted Red Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 red potatoes, medium size cut into chunks
    1/4 cup horseradish mustard (or substitute Dijon Mustard)
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    1 tablespoon rosemary, chopped
    1 teaspoon garlic, minced
    1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
    Pre heat oven to 425\u00b0F.
    Combine all ingredients except for potatoes.
    The toss the potatoes in with the mustard mixture until thoroughly coated.
    Bake on large greesed pan for 25 minutes.
    Toss the potatoes around, then bake for another 20 minutes.
