Lamu Style Mahi Mahi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs mahi mahi fillets, skinned &, cut into 2-inch by 1-inch pieces
    4 garlic cloves, minced
    2 limes, juice of
    1 1/2 teaspoons cumin
    1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    3 tablespoons canola oil
    lime slice (to garnish)
Preparation
    In a small bowl, mix garlic, lime juice, cumin, and pepper into a paste.
    Spread mixture onto fish& let sit for 20 minutes.
    Heat oil in a large skillet and saute fish over moderate heat for 8 minutes, turning it over halfway through the cooking time.
    Drain onto paper towels.
    Serve garnished with lime slices.
