Santorini Cocktail - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fluid ounce vodka (Absolut)
    1 fluid ounce pear nectar
    1/2 fluid ounce peach brandy (or apricot brandy)
    1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1/2 ounce champagne, of choice
Preparation
    To a martini shaker filled with ice, add all ingredients except champagne.
    Shake well and strain into martini glass.
    Top with Champagne and serve.
