Bayou Bbq Shrimp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 1/4 teaspoons black pepper
1/8 teaspoon onion powder
1/16 teaspoon white pepper
1/8 teaspoon paprika
1/16 teaspoon cayenne
1/8 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/2 cup butter
2 lbs large shrimp, shell on
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
4 ounces beer
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Make seasoning by mixing all of the spices together (salt - rosemary).
Make BBQ shrimp:
Heat butter in a large skillet over moderate heat unitl foam subsides.
Add the shrimp, garlic, seasoning mixture, beer and Worc sauce and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes. Serve with lots of French bread to soak up all the sauce.
