Mediterranean Tortellini Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (19 ounce) package frozen cheese tortellini
    2 cups fresh baby spinach leaves (or 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach)
    1 (6 ounce) can small black olives
    1 pint cherry tomatoes, halfed
    1/2 chopped red onion
    1/3 cup parmesan cheese
    5 ounces feta cheese
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
Preparation
    Boil and rinse tortellini. Blanch spinach if using fresh. Defrost and drain spinach if using frozen.
    Combine tortellini, spinach, olives, tomatoes, onion.
    Mix oil and vinegar, then pour over salad mixture.
    Add cheeses.
    Enjoy!
