Stir Fried Green Beans And Snow Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
    2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    1/2 cup vegetables or 1/2 cup chicken broth
    1 tablespoon soy sauce
    1/2 lb green beans, sliced into 1/2 inch pieces
    1/2 lb fresh snow pea, sliced into 1/2 inch pieces
    2 carrots, sliced
    4 stalks celery, sliced
Preparation
    Combine the garlic, ginger and oil in a hot wok. Stir-fry for 1 minute.
    Add the broth, soy sauce and vegetables. Stir to coat, cover, and simmer vegetables for 2-3 minutes or until the carrots are crisp-tender.
