Almesan - Vegan Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup slivered almonds
    1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
    1/8 - 1/4 teaspoon salt, to taste
    1/4 teaspoon lemon zest
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients into a blender and pulse until everything turns into tiny crumbs.
