Alfredo Sauce! - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup montasio cheese
4 ounces butter
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1 garlic clove, Minced
1 tablespoon peppercorn, cracked

Preparation

Put cream and butter in double boiler sauce pan (use use low heat on regular pot).
when butter melts add all ingredients on a low heat. Serve when cheese is melted.
