Exotic Fruit Salad With Coconut And Lime Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 papayas
    1 pomegranate
    400 g lychees
    2 persimmons
    100 g cape gooseberries
    300 ml creme fraiche
    160 ml coconut cream
    1 lime
Preparation
    Combine the fruit in a large bowl and set aside.
    Mix the ingredients for the cream. Arrange the fruit on four plates and serve with the cream on the side and some lime wedges and whole physalis, if you like.
