Tuna Or Crab Meat Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese (softened)
    1 (6 1/2 ounce) can water packed tuna, drained and flaked (or Crab meat)
    1/2 cup sour cream
    1 tablespoon finely chopped green onion (or more to taste)
    2 -4 teaspoons horseradish (to taste)
    1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 dash pepper (black or white)
    1 dash Tabasco sauce or 1 dash cayenne pepper (optional)
Preparation
    In a small bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
    Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
    Taste, and adjust seasonings to your preference.
    Chill well before serving.
    Serve with crackers or small slices of (pumpernickle) bread.
