4 cups broccoli florets
1 small red pepper, chopped in 1-inch squares
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 dash salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 lemon, zest of
1 garlic clove, minced
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400 Degrees.
Roast for 15 minutes, then toss and continue to roast for 15-20 minutes or until tender.
