Imitation Crab Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb imitation crabmeat, diced
    1/8 teaspoon ground mustard
    salt & pepper
    breadcrumbs
    hot cooked rice
    White sauce
    1/2 cup unsalted butter
    1/2 cup flour
    2 cups milk
Preparation
    Make 2 cups white sauce.
    Add diced crabmeat to white sauce.
    Stir, let thicken.
    Add mustard, salt and pepper.
    Stir and simmer.
    Put all into casserole dish.
    Top with breadcrumbs.
    Cook at 350 for about 30 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
