Healthy Pumpkin Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups oats, uncooked (quick or old fashioned)
    1 cup sugar
    1/2 cup margarine
    1 cup canned pumpkin, 100% (not pie filling)
    1 egg
    1 tablespoon orange juice
    1 cup flour
    1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts
    1/2 cup chocolate chips
Preparation
    heat oven to 350 degrees.
    lightly spray cookie sheets with cooking spray.
    mix cookie batter.
    drop by rounded teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart.
    bake 11 to 15 minute.
    do not over bake cookies will be soft.
    cool on wire rack.
