Spicy Peanut Coleslaw Like Armadillo Willy'S - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 cups cabbage, chopped (green)
1/2 cup red cabbage, chopped
1/2 - 1 small carrot, shredded
1/3 cup cilantro, chopped
1/2 cup peanuts
Coleslaw Sauce
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon hot sauce (Tabasco)
1 teaspoon kosher salt
pepper

Preparation

Combine all the salad ingredients in a bowl.
Combine all the coleslaw sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
Spoon in coleslaw sauce into salad and mix well. Taste for more salt and pepper if needed. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
