Glady'S Famous Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup sour cream
    2 tablespoons oil
    4 tablespoons whole milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1/3 cup flour
    1 tablespoon sugar
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1 1/3 cups yellow cornmeal
Preparation
    Mix together thoroughly.
    Pour into either an 8x8-inch pan, or you can use a greased 10-inch cast iron skillet like I do. This works really great.
    Bake at 400\u00b0F for 20 to 25 minutes or until corn bread is done.
    Serve hot and enjoy.
