Low-Fat Poppy Seed Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
    1/4 cup nonfat milk
    1/8 cup white sugar (or splenda)
    1/8 cup apple cider vinegar
    1 tablespoon poppy seed
Preparation
