Fondant Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 small potatoes
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 liter stock
10 g butter
1 teaspoon dried sage
1 teaspoon pureed garlic
seasoning
Preparation

Peel and trim the potatoes into a column or barrel shape.
Heat the olive oil in a large sauce pan and brown both ends of the potatoes.
Add the stock, butter, garlic and sage and bring to the boil. The stock should virtually cover the potatoes.
Season and simmer for 40 minutes or until the potatoes are cooked through.
