Weight Watchers 6Pt. Blueberry Smoothie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 cup 1% low-fat milk
1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt (I like to used trader joes organic, it is creamy)
1/2 cup 2% low fat cottage cheese
1/2 banana
1 cup frozen blueberries (I use fozen because it makes it nice and cold!)
Preparation

Put all into the blender and blend well *** enjoy ***.
if you like it a little sweeter you can add a little splenda * i think it is perfect the way it is ! enjoy the whole thing!
