Cajun Black-Eyed Peas Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (15 ounce) cans black-eyed peas
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can whole tomatoes
1 (10 ounce) can Rotel Tomatoes
1 (14 ounce) can chicken broth
2 cups water
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/3 cup chopped onion
grated cheddar cheese (optional)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in 2 quart Dutch oven.
Simmer over medium high heat for 1 hour.
Add cheese before serving.
