Chickpea & Olive Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (19 ounce) can chickpeas, drained
1/2 cup black olives, pitted & chopped
1/4 cup scallion, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon cayenne powder
salt, to taste
Preparation

Mix all the ingredients together in a glass bowl until well blended.
Serve at room temperature.
