Broccoli Vermicelli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 ounce) packages frozen broccoli
    8 ounces vermicelli, broken in 1-inch pieces
    1 teaspoon garlic, minced (or more to taste)
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
    1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
    salt & pepper
Preparation
    Cook broccoli and drain very well.
    Cook the vermicelli (to how you like your pasta) & drain.
    Mix together the brocooli & vermicelli, than add the garlic, oil, cheese, red pepper, salt & pepper. Toss to mix well.
    Serve at room temperature.
