Gravy Thickner - cooking recipe

Ingredients

dripping
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 cup cold water

Preparation

Put drippings in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil, shut off.
Put cornstarch and water in a small bowl, whisk well.
Add it to your drippings--it will thicken it.
