Ingredients
    3/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt
    1/4 cup fresh blueberries
    1/4 cup all-bran cereal (I like the added fiber kind)
    Splenda sugar substitute, to taste (optional)
    cinnamon, to taste (optional)
