Iced Mint Tea - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 cups water, boiling
    1 1/2 cups mint leaves, fresh, loosely packed
    2 -3 tablespoons green tea leaves (4-6 tea bags)
    1 tablespoon lemon juice (more, to taste) or 1 tablespoon lime juice (more, to taste)
    honey or agave nectar, to taste
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over mint leaves and green tea leaves; let cool. Strain and stir in lime juice, and honey to taste.
    Serve in a tall glass with ice cubes and a sprig of fresh mint.
