Batida De Coco (Brazil) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 ounces cachaca or 4 ounces light rum
1 tablespoon coconut, freshly grated
1 tablespoon sugar
3 tablespoons ice, crushed
Preparation

Place all the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
Pour into chilled cocktail glasses.
White rum can be substituted for the cachaga.
