Lea & Perrins Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/4 cup butter
    1/2 cup lea & perrins chicken marinade
    1 1/2 cups water
    1 cup raw long grain rice
    1/4 cup diced green pepper
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    in saucepan saute onion and green pepper in butter until tender.
    add chicken marinade and remaining ingredients.
    boil the reduce heat and cover simmer for 20-25 minutes or until almost all liquid is absorbed.
    remove from heat and let steam for 5 minutes before serving.
