Frozen Pineapple Salad...Good Use For Those Muffin Tins! - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 ounces cream cheese, softened
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1 (15 1/2 ounce) can crushed pineapple (well drained)
    2 cups pineapple yogurt
    1/2 cup finely chopped pecans (or your favorite)
Preparation
    Blend cream cheese and sugars, beating well.
    Add pineapple and yogurt.
    Spoon into cupcake liners placed in a muffin tray.
    Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
    Cover and freeze until firm.
    Remove from freezer about 10 minutes prior to serving.
