Polynesian Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium green pepper (cut into 1 in strips)
    2 tablespoons butter
    1 can beef broth
    1/4 cup water
    2 teaspoons lemons
    1 1/2 cups cooked shrimp
    1/2 cup pineapple juice
    2 tablespoons cornstarch
    1 teaspoon soy sauce
    1/2 cup pineapple tidbits
Preparation
    In skillet, cook green pepper in butter until tender.
    Remove from heat.
    Add the rest of the ingredients.
    Cook until thickened; stirring constantly.
    Serve over rice.
