Grilled Red Snapper With Spicy Lime Soy Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 tablespoons lime juice
    1/2 cup soy sauce
    1 tablespoon oyster sauce
    2 tablespoons brown sugar
    1 teaspoon garlic and red chile paste
    2 teaspoons fresh ginger, minced
    2 tablespoons scallions, chopped
    2 tablespoons peanut oil
    4 red snapper fillets (scaled, skin on, about 6 ounces each)
    cilantro (to garnish)
    lime wedge (to garnish)
Preparation
    Combine lime juice, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, chili garlic paste, ginger, scallions and peanut oil in a large bowl.
    Add fish and marinate for 2 hours, turning occasionally.
    Preheat grill to medium-high.
    Grill fish 4-10 minutes, depending on thickness.
    Garnish with cilantro and lime wedges.
