Ingredients

2 lbs ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon sage
2 teaspoons oregano
1 1/2 cups tomato sauce
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon parsley flakes
1 lb grated mozzarella cheese
2 cans sliced mushrooms
12 hamburger buns
Preparation

Brown the ground beef, onion, salt, sage and oregano.
Drain.
Add the tomato sauce, mushrooms and parmesan cheese.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Scoop on hamburger bun halves and top with mozzrella cheese.
Broil until brown on top and the cheese is melted.
