Blueberry Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup flour
    1 cup sugar
    1/2 cup water
    4 cups fresh blueberries or 4 cups frozen blueberries
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix flour and sugar well in a small bowl.
    In a heavy saucepan, bring blueberries and water to a boil.
    Add flour and sugar mixture and cook until it thickens.
    Remove from heat and add lemon juice.
    Great over cheesecake, pancakes, or ice cream.
