No Bean Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion
    6 -8 tomatoes
    1 stalk celery
    1 red bell pepper
    1 green bell pepper
    1 lb ground beef
    1 teaspoon oregano
    1 teaspoon black pepper
    1/2 lime
    2 tablespoons chopped garlic
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    4 small dried red chili peppers
Preparation
    Mince tomatoes and place into large cooking pot on low heat. Saute onions with oil, when finished add onion with tomatoes. Brown beef in a pan, once finished place in cooking pot with tomatoes and onion. Chop bell peppers and cook over medium heat with garlic. Once cooked place in cooking pot. Add oregano, black pepper, chili peppers and lime and let simmer for 1-2 hours. Chop celery and put aside. 10-15 minutes before serving add celery.
    You can always add more chili peppers to make it spicier.
