Brie Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lbs yukon gold potatoes, Recommend Klondike gold potatoes
    1/3 cup heavy cream
    2 tablespoons butter
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon white pepper
    3 ounces brie cheese, rind removed, cubed
    1 teaspoon fresh thyme leave, chopped
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until tender about 25 to 30 minutes.
    Drain and mash potatoes. Add cream, butter, salt, pepper, cubed brie and thyme. Blend until smooth.
