1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
4 egg whites
Preparation

Blend all ingredients in blender.
Spray skillet with olive oil or cooking spray and cook like the usual pancakes.
Top with your favorite pancake topping and enjoy!
