South African Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb ground beef
2 slices bread, torn
1/4 cup milk
2 onions, chopped
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1 apple, peeled and chopped
1 egg
1/4 cup raisins
Preparation

Mix bread with milk; set aside.
Saute onions, salt, pepper, vinegar, sugar, and apple in butter.
Mix into meat.
Add bread, egg and raisins. Mix gently by hand.
Form into loaf on baking sheet.
Bake one hour at 350\u00b0.
