Amy'S Enchilada Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups tomato sauce
    3 cups water
    3 tablespoons flour
    3 garlic cloves, diced
    2 teaspoons salt
    3 teaspoons sugar
    1 1/2 teaspoons cumin
    1/2 teaspoon cayenne or 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in sauce pan.
    Heat until thickened.
    Can be doubled easily.
    Freezes nicely.
