Grandma'S Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 - 4 cups raw rhubarb
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon orange zest
3 tablespoons flour or 3 tablespoons cornstarch
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons butter
Preparation

Mix ingredients in a bowl (except for butter).
Pour into prepared pie shell.
Slice the butter over the top of the mixture.
Put top crust on and sprinkle with sugar.
Bake for 10-15 minutes at 450 degrees, then for 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees.
