Breakfast Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cup whole wheat pastry flour
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup mashed tofu (4oz)
    2 tablespoons applesauce or 2 tablespoons mashed bananas
    2 tablespoons honey
    1/3 cup maple syrup
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa or 1/4 cup carob powder
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350.
    Combine dry ingredients and then wet ingredients.
    Mix together well with a mixer or food processor until very smooth.
    If too thick, add a tb of water.
    Spread batter in an 8\" square pan sprayed lightly with cooking spray.
    Bake 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
    Don't overbake!
    Let cool in pan about 10 minutes and then cut.
