Jalapeno Mayo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large jalapenos
    1 tablespoon white vinegar
    1 egg yolk
    1 cup safflower oil
Preparation
    Heat a grill to high heat. Grill the jalapenos on both sides.
    Whisk together the vinegar and egg yolk in a bowl. Pour in the oil, whisking constantly, until emulsified.
    Blend the grilled jalapenos with the mayo.
