Mustard Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb green beans, washed and trimmed
    1 -2 tablespoon unsalted butter or 1 -2 tablespoon margarine
    1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, plus
    1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon brown sugar (optional)
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
    Steam green beans for 6-8 minutes, or until tender.
    Melt butter in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium heat. Stir in mustard, salt , sugar (if using) and pepper. Add cooked green beans to skillet and toss to coat.
