Ginger Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
    2 tablespoons half-and-half
    3 tablespoons chopped crystallized ginger
    2 tablespoons sliced almonds, toasted
    gingersnap cookie
Preparation
    Combine cream cheese and half-and-half.
    Beat at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth.
    Stir in ginger; chill 8 hours.
    Sprinkle with almonds, and serve with gingersnaps.
    Yield: 1 cup.
