Baby Bok Choy Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1/2 inch piece fresh ginger, sliced
    1 lb baby bok choy, washed and coarsely chopped in large pieces
    1 tablespoon soy sauce
    1 teaspoon sugar
    1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
Preparation
    Heat oil over medium-high heat and cook ginger for about 30 seconds.
    Add bok choy, soy sauce, and sugar. Stir-fry 3-5 minutes until cooked to desired tenderness.
    Remove ginger slices, add sesame oil and serve.
