Power Flapjacks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

125 g butter
150 g soft brown sugar
125 g crunchy peanut butter
75 g honey
200 g porridge oats (not jumbo oats)
150 g dried fruit, pine nuts, almonds, etc (mixed)
Preparation

Line a 20cm square tin. Put butter, sugar, peanut butter and honey into a large pan on a very low heat till melted. Stir in oats, dried fruit, nuts and seeds. Put in tin. Sprinkle a few nuts on top. Bake at 160 degrees Celsius for approx 30 minutes. Let cool. Cut into squares.
