Poached Cusk - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb cusk fillets, cubed into 1 inch pieces
    1 pint water
    salt and pepper
    drawn butter
Preparation
    Heat water in a shallow saucepan.
    Add S& P.
    Add cusk pieces.
    Poach until fork tender and cooked through about 3-5 minutes.
    Serve with drawn butter.
