Bluenana Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup blueberries (fresh is best)
    1 banana
    1 tablespoon lime juice
    1 tablespoon sugar (or Splenda)
    1/3 cup milk
    1 cup crushed ice
Preparation
    Peel the banana, break into 3 or 4 pieces, and place in a blender. Add blueberries, lime juice, sugar, milk and crushed ice.
    Blend until smooth and creamy.
