Ingredients

Crust
1/2 cup oil or 1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg white
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 3/8 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoons milk
Cheese
8 ounces light cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon skim milk
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Topping
1 pint blueberries
1 pint strawberry, sliced
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400.
Combine crust ingredients and mix well.
Pour into greased 15 x 10 x 1 baking sheet or jelly roll pan, spreading evenly.
Bake for 7 - 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine cheese ingredients and blend until smooth.
Pour over crust when it comes out of the oven, spreading even.
Place fruit over cheese.
Chill for an hour and serve.
