Sauerkraut Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

canned sauerkraut, well drained
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 teaspoon celery seed
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
Preparation

Mix together saurkraut, onion, green pepper, celery, celery seed.
Bring to boil and dissolve sugar and vinegar.
Let cool then add to mixture.
